As part of our effort to provide the world’s most robust and high-performance internet security platform, Zscaler is expanding its global Core Platform Services and adding the new Hub IP Address Ranges listed below. This expansion of core Platform Services will provide the scalability and reliability required to meet the growing demand for global connectivity on our cloud platform. 

What are the new IP Address ranges?

The following new IP address ranges have been added to the ‘Required’ list of Hub IP Addresses. You may refer to the respective broader ranges under the ‘Recommended’ section for these new additions.

What do I need to do? 

You must update your firewall policy rules and any upstream ACL(s) to allow the new IP address ranges under ‘Required’ section before November 18, 2025. If the corresponding IP ranges from the ‘Recommended’ section are already allowed, then no action is required.

When will the service be provisioned with the new IP range(s)? 

The services running through the new HUB IP Address ranges can be put to use anytime on or after the availability date noted above.
