As part of the Zscaler Service Continuity Policy, remember to update your configuration settings by allowlisting Zscaler Hub IP address ranges. Zscaler will deploy additional servers to support Internet Content Adaptation Protocol (ICAP)/Incident Receivers (IR) across its global hub data centers on or after October 30, 2025. The allocated Hub IP address ranges adhere to the Service Continuity Policy.

Does this affect me?

To ensure uninterrupted and seamless services for your tenants using the Zscaler cloud service via ICAP/IR, your firewall rules must allow the connections from and to the Zscaler Hub IP address ranges listed at https://config.zscaler.com. If these IP address ranges are not configured properly in your firewall, Zscaler service to your tenants might be adversely impacted. 

What are my next steps? 

Review and verify your current list of Zscaler Hub IP address ranges. If the Zscaler Hub IP address ranges are already allowed on your edge network device or firewall, then no additional action is required. Otherwise, adjust the firewall rules accordingly. Complete your review before October 30, 2025.
