Zscaler Certification Training Day

Join us for a day of certification-eligible training on Zscaler’s FedRAMP and DoD IL5 authorized solutions.

Zscaler Academy Trainings are 4-hour or 8-hour in-person, technical sessions led by Zscaler experts. Participants are given lab credentials and the expert guides the users through a series of hands-on exercises to best leverage ZIA, ZPA and ZDX. Upon completion of the live course, you will be prepared to become certified. Certification exam instructions will be provided post training.

  • ZDX Course Description

    Length: 4 hours
    Audience: Zscaler Administrators (IT Admin, Security Specialists, Network Engineers)
    Certification: ZDX Certified Administrator - Access to certification exam granted upon live course completion.

    Course Description:

    Learn the fundamentals of the ZDX solution and become certified as a ZDX administrator.

    Learning Objectives:
    • Describe the Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) service, its capabilities, features, and benefits
    • View the various ZDX Administrator Portal dashboards and graphs to monitor applications performance
    • Configure applications, probes, alerts and Deep Tracing sessions
    • Troubleshoot user experience issues with ZDX

  • ZPA Course Description

    Length: 8 hours
    Audience: Zscaler Administrators (IT Admin, Security Specialists, Network Engineers)
    Certification: ZPA Administrator Certification

    Course Description:

    Take this course to prepare for and take the exam to become certified in Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) as an Administrator. Through a combination of lecture and hands-on lab activities learn the fundamentals of ZPA user authentication, traffic forwarding, security policies, and analytics.

    Learning Objectives:
    • Describe the fundamentals of the ZPA architecture
    • Identify the recommended step-by-step process to deploy the ZPA infrastructure and configure the service
    • Explain how Zscaler Client Connector is used for ZPA connectivity
    • Recall ZPA health monitoring fundamentals and configure the Log Streaming Service (LSS)
    • Utilize the available tools to troubleshoot the ZPA platform

  • ZIA Course Description

    Certification: ZIA Administrator Certification

    Take this course to prepare for and take the exam to become certified in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) as an Administrator. Through a combination of lecture and hands-on lab activities learn the fundamentals of ZIA user authentication, traffic forwarding, security policies, and analytics.

    Learning Objectives:
    • Describe basic administration tasks in the Zscaler Internet Access Cloud Security Platform
    • Identify when to use each of the methods for forwarding traffic to the Zscaler service for inspection
    • Name the various methods of user authentication and identify best practices for each method
    • Identify the Web and Cloud Firewall Policy types
    • Utilize the available tools to troubleshoot the ZIA platform
    Recommended Prerequisites: N/A.
